Check the box to agree: Our Home Boston collects a $25 non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of reviewing your application, contacting hosts, and introducing you to potential matches. Your application will not be considered without payment of this fee. Fees will not be refunded if you decide not to come to Boston or if you find accommodations outside of Our Home Boston after contacting us. In addition to the application fee, if you are successfully matched with one of our hosts, Our Home Boston will collect a placement fee of $275 for a 1 - 6 month stay or $450 for a 7+ month stay in order to confirm your homestay. Until the placement fee is paid, the host has the right to rent out their space to another guest. Paying the placement fee reserves the space for you. Monthly rent is set by the host and paid directly to them by guests, and OHB doesn't charge hosts to receive guests, so administrative fees are OHB's only source of funding for its operations!
