Time and again, our hosts and guests alike speak about the joys of sharing their culture and the life long bonds that form with a home stay experience. Many hosts have gone on to visit their guest's home country and many weddings have been attended around the world! Don't want to be that cozy with your host? No problem! Monthly rates from $900 - $1800 per month, depending on location and amenities

Apply
Submit your inquiry below and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of reviewing your application, contacting hosts, and introducing you to potential matches.

Introductions
We introduce you to up to 2 verified hosts who seem like they'd be a good match for your stay. Monthly rent is set by the host and paid directly to them by guests!

Match
Once you find your match, you pay a $275 placement fee (1-6 month stay)/$450 placement fee (7+ months) in order to confirm your stay.

Please note that if we do not have at least one month notice before your arrival, we will try our best to place you, but it may not be possible. It takes time to search for available rooms, plan with our hosts, and make introductions, so please contact us more than a month in advance. 3 months in advance is typical timing. There is also a minimum stay length of 1 month.

Areas like Harvard Square, Beacon Hill, and Longwood Medical are some of the most-desired locations in the Boston area. Housing options are extremely limited and expensive. Our homestay families are unlikely to be located in these areas; a typical commute for Boston-area residents is between 30 - 45 minutes by public transit (subway, train, bus).
